ImageMagick 的蒙太奇 (montage) 用来给相册制作封面很不错。比如说文件夹下有很多 jpg 图片，想要在一张图片上把它们缩小都显示出来，只要

$ montage -shadow *.jpg output.png

就可以了。
这是一张用天涯旅游版图片做的。
